Our principals have extensive experience in preparing for and executing exits for high-growth companies. We typically work with companies approximately one year prior to a transaction, to help position the company financially and operationally for a sale or merger.  Exit planning services can include but are not limited to:

  • Define liquidity objectives for founders and investors
  • Identify range of strategic options including sale, merger, management buy-out, dividend recapitalization, IP monetization
  • Conduct a market scan on recent transactions and develop a valuation framework
  • Develop and execute "pre-exit" financial and operational strategies to optimize key valuation drivers
  • Hire and manage attorneys and investment bankers as needed
  • Manage diligence processes as needed
